Five people in our recruitment team - Aaron, Lachlan, Peter, Mark and Jenna - can see your answers. We use them as a discussion prompt during interview, not as a hire / don't-hire decision on their own.
About 20 of the 50 questions are phrased in the opposite direction (so agreeing with them means you score lower on the underlying trait) - that is intentional and helps the test be fair. Some items will sound negative; answer them all honestly.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing aaronbooth@ljhsbh.com.au. There is no "ideal" profile - the roles we recruit for all value different strengths. Best to complete in one sitting; progress isn't saved mid-way.
